Dirty Mouth

I, personally, do not approve of the characters themselves using obscene language in any way for it causes their hearts to be wicked. However, using it to invoke and portray the characters' emotions and inner struggles is one of very limited ways of displaying such feelings; it cannot be helped that the author was forced to subject the readers to this kind of obscenity.

There is, however, definitely a line where beyond it would be just plain obscenity for the sake of it and without a purpose. I believe that the author was aware of this line and used just enough to relay the character's personalities and emotions.

The platoon had just won a fierce battle south of the river point and needed a site to set up headquarters for the next incoming fleet. The sergeant commander sent out three soldiers into the norther amazon forest in order to scout for possible remaining enemy infantries and a nice area to set their base. Onces this trio of old time friends and partners reached the wild rivers of the wild, they heard a noise. It was the sound of a small scouting group from the enemy, making their way towards them in a suicidal charge of terror. The two strongest and most experienced guys volunteered to stay back and try to hold them back for a while longer while the faster and less experienced one was sent back to the rest of the platoon to warn and prepare them for retaliation.

-In terms of sinning in general, all sins are against God and for such an act, there is nothing a mere man can do to atone for them. However, the God-Man Jesus Christ has taken the just punishments for these sins upon Himself and in faith, I have been deemed righteous before God-


For the direct offenses towards others and myself (which are still sins against God....) I have found that I try to make amends for these mistakes by trying to bring in happiness and love where there was resentment, hatred, and sorrow.

For example:
I once rebuked and insulted my mother for being dishonest and unthoughtful; this, although she was doing it in love and for my benefit, hurt her heart immensely and nearly made her ill. When I saw what I had done and the effects of it, I was immediately compelled to apologize and show love for her in hopes of showing my regret and care.

I believe that this method, although it will not atone for the sin itself, will prevent the person from sinning further by having hatred for the man in their heart.

Decisions

The factors in which affect my decisions include what is beneficial for my faith, for me, for my family, and for my friends. The amount of work for the amount of returns is also a factor in how and why I make my decisions.

Depending on which factor I was mostly focusing on satisfying, I may have positive or negative effects on my self, and for those around me. There will always be some sort of an effect, whether it is immensely impactful or barely noticeable.

A decisions I am currently making is what to do during the summer break. I have decided to travel to Korea with my youthgroup to teach willing volunteers English at a church.
